I shouldn't be blogging right now, but I'm doing flips at the moment . . .

Okay, okay, not physically but mentally.

I'm still down in LA at my conference and having a great, and exhausting, time . . . and it's only been the first day! I had set up for myself a list of things I needed to get done this year (or at least force myself to do), and for the most part . . . I'm doing it!

My critique for my Picture book isn't until Sunday, but I've already met some great people and I have some high hopes for the rest of the conference.

I miss Hubby and the kids . . . but I REALLY needed this!
